Whew! A’s baptism is finally over. I have been planning for it since he was just inside me, but things got out of hand when he came out via CS. We suffered financially due to our debts. Our hospital bill was outrageously high. We’re not prepared for it, I was expecting for a normal delivery but it did not materialize. Good thing my parents was very supportive and we managed to survive.
And here we are! Just finished one of my son’s many events of his life. I did some DIY guestbook and thank you tags. I got all the idea from the web (pinterest). I realize I like doing those stuff but doesn't have that CREATIVITY gift haha.

With the souvenir, I ordered a customize cupcake from Mary Daniel's. I chose a baby inside the blanket design, it was so cute and delicious.

Ayvan wore a dirty white barong with a cap and an oversize short which I bought from SM department store, match with a grey colored shoes. He looked like a politician (mayor). He's so cute and adorable. He did not cry and was behave during the ceremony.
The reception was held at Max’s Restaurant as planned. We chose Menu 1, it was optimal.I was only disappointed by how small their function room is and how almost half of my guests was outside and looked like one of the restaurant's regular customers but the food was definitely delicious and plenty. We even brought left overs home and lasted 4 days (not bad!)

I never thought it will end up okay due to lack of preparations but all went well. The event was like a small reunion for his family who never saw each other for quite awhile.

I like how it went smoothly even if it rained hard, still, they came to celebrate with us. I did not have the chance to count, I was too busy entertaining but my guess is they're about 50's. It was indeed successful considering the bad weather and location.
